Arts and Kids

Starting in the morning, Bragg Jam Arts & Kids Fest invites families to create, perform and play in Macon’s Cherry Street Plaza, in front of the Terminal Station, betwixt the Tubman Museum and Sports Hall of Fame. The event takes place between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

This free event features rides for kids and performances by the Otis Redding Foundation Dream Choir and Streetline. Washington Memorial Library will have their mobile library, players from the Macon Bacon will be signing autographs, the 567 Center will have kid’s art activities and the Macon Mayhem will have a hockey goal for the kids to hone their skills on.

In addition, the Mercer Cheer Team and mascot Toby will be in attendance. Make sure to stop by their table for photos with Toby and the team and to check out their famous inflatable bear arch!
